Classic Kylie Jenner Lip//MAC Velvet Teddy&Spice LipLiner.

Now it seems like everybody and their nans have had ago at faking that 'Klassic kylie' 90's style nude lip,and why not...it's bloody ***flawless!

Kylies lips are probably one of the most googled things of 2014,and are honestly probably more famous than she is! after spending what felt like hours of sleuthing over the web it became pretty clear  she rotates through MAC lip liners in Spice, Soar, and Whirl, plus my all time fave MAC lipstick in velvet teddy.

Lipliners, especially in this rosy/brown colour have always felt a little dated to me,so i was very dubious about trying them out,but with thanks to KJ i am totally in love!

How To Get Bigger Lips: Now,there is huge debate wether or not Kylie has had a little help in the lip plumping department, I'm still undecidedxD, but this bee-stung,plump pout is very easy to achieve with a few carefully applied hints and tricks!

-    Line your top lip starting slightly above your cupids bow and ensure that the sides meet the natural lip line
-    For the bottom lip, line slightly below the natural edge and again keep the sides in line with your lip line
-    Shade over the lip line you have created for a bolder finish
-    Apply the lipstick to the centre, and lightly dab over the lip liner
-    Redefine the shape once more with the lip liner
-   add a highlight colour on the very centre of the cupids bow to make lips POP.

PRODUCT REVIEW; NARS SHEER GLOW 'PUNJAB'

Hi Dolls, I feel a little late to the party! But I've finally caved and jumped on the Nars 'Sheer glow' bandwagon! I've been wanting this for ages but I've always been slightly hesitant to pay £31 for a foundation (I work 4hrs a week...aka balling on a budget) but given it's holy grail status i thought it'd be rude not to take the plunge and give it a cheeky purchase!

It is described as a 'Glowing, natural radiant finish foundation with sheer and build able coverage that immaculately evens skin tone.' IMO this foundation is anything but sheer,so don't be fooled by the name! It is most definitely a medium-full coverage foundation, that has made a big difference in evening out my skin tone, completely covering my blemishes yet still feels super lightweight and hydrating on my skin.

Nars recommend applying this with your fingers, but personally I find that my  Real Techniques duo-fibre face brush gives a more flawless looking application and it blends like an absolute dream. Plus with thanks to a beauty blender it can be sheered out for a more 'natural' application. I also find that this applies and lasts much better over moisturised skin. This foundation is targeted at normal/dry skin but if you have any flakey patches it will enhance them, so definitely apply some sort of moisturiser/primer beforehand and exfoliate if you need to.
I purchased my shade in 'punjab' medium 1,which is perfect for my mac NC30 skin tone,  I was really impressed by Nars’ shade range, it’s incredibly vast although pretty much every shade is targeted towards warmer/yellowy undertoned skin.

Packaging-wise the sleek glass bottle does ooze luxury, but the lack of pump bothers me greatly! It isn’t particularly hygienic, therefor I spend a lot of time wiping the cap clean. Although Nars do sell a pump for £3 (which i think is a cheek considering you've already spent £30+!)

Top 3 Mac Lipsticks for Fall.

Hi Dolls, with autumn fast approaching I thought I'd share with you my top 3 mac lipsticks perfect for the fast approaching fall! I adore the autumnal, jewel toned, full-bodied Lipsticks that signal the start of the new season.
(L to R;Mac Captive, Mac Velvet Teddy, Mac All Fired up)

1; Captive

First up my favourite lipstick of all time. I reach for this lipstick everyday without fail (i think it's battered appearance vouches for that!🙈) Captive is a plummy/ wine colour perfect for fall or winter. The Satin formula is my favorite from MAC, it's matte with a little bit of moisture to keep it from looking too flat. It's very opaque, pigmented, and isn't too drying,I just have to prepare my lips before wear for maximum longevity. If you prefer a creamier formula MAC's Craving is almost identical to this color, but with an Amplified Creme finish. If you're looking for a perfect plum color this is definitely it,as it is perfect for all skin tones.

2. Velvet Teddy

First off you should know that I'm not a big nude person. I love wearing bright and bold colors, even on a daily basis. But after being inspired by a more of a natural 90's look that Kylie Jenner has been rocking I decided to take the plunge and purchase velvet teddy...and I haven't looked back! This color is the perfect nude for my nc35 skin. It's a gorgeous pink beige that's dark enough to not wash me out. IMO this is probably the most versatile mac shade because it can be completely transformed depending on the liner or a gloss, or worn alone! This color is extremely matte,so prepping before hand with a good balm is essential  and once applied I can usually get 5-6 hours wear.

3. All fired up.

I adore the retro matte formulation,it's timelessly classic with just the right hint of drama for everyday wear. The colour is a shocking fusia pink with hints of a cool toned red, which is perfect for making teeth look whiter...what's not to Love?! Since the finish is so matte,it stays on for hours upon hours, until you wipe it off,and even then it leaves behind a nice berry stain. This is also a vibrant, fun alternative to more mature reds, such as ruby woo. The colour is super flattering and I could see it working on a variety of skin tones.

Crush On Coral; Perfect Spring Lips.

Hi Dolls,Spring/Summer is just around the corner(...err kinda.) When spring rolls around i go coral crazy;lips, nails, the works! For what seems like forever I've been on a mission to find that perfect coral lip colour in the drugstore! even though with options aplenty i often find everything too matte, too pink, too glossy. So i stuck with my old trusty 'vegas volt' That is until i came across This little dream team.

Sleek True Colour Lipstick in 'Papaya Punch'
As with all Sleek products,This lipstick is massively pigmented. It’s such a bright, vibrant colour and, as a matte formulation, lasts on the lips for ages. I wouldn’t normally buy matte lipsticks as they often accentuate any dry skin but luckily I haven’t experienced this too much with this lipstick (Topping it off with a gloss makes in ten times more gorj). Another feature I liked about this product is that it contains vitamin E which has good moisturising and protection properties. I personally like the packaging as it’s simple and quite sophisticated.

Revlon ColourBurst Gloss in 'Sizzle'
I won’t lie, I’m pretty deeply in love with this colour;Even more so when combined with papaya punch.I reach for it all the time. I’m not one to shy away from bright Lips but I like this gloss as a middle ground between no lipcolour and full-on lipstick and is a refreshing change. The formula is smooth, lightweight, and non-sticky.It feels nice on the lips and moisturises so well. I don’t get a whole lot of wear out of this gloss by itself — maybe 2-3 hours at most.I really love the packaging of the ColorBurst glosses. The design is classy and the quilted effect on lid feels like a subtle nod to chanel.
Cheeky little flash of my favoutite polish.

Combining the two products is perfecto! The gloss adds a hydrating boost of moisture and the lipstick underneath adds a little shot of longevity.
And by the looks of the catwalks for this season matte is o u t (did i just hear my lips sighing with relief?!)
